More than 40 years ago, attorney David Harpold began a law practice devoted to helping injured people. Today, Harpold Thomas, PC, provides exceptional legal representation to all those injured in workplace accidents and other settings.

David Harpold began practicing law in 1966, and continued practicing through 2013. David is now retired and enjoys spending time with his family.  Yet, he still comes to the office on a regular basis and makes sure the firm’s traditions and values are maintained.

Lee Thomas focuses his practice entirely on personal injury and workers' compensation litigation. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and went on to Seattle University for his master's degree and law degree. Lee is a graduate of the Trial Lawyer’s College, member of the American Association for Justice, Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice where he serves on the Workers’ Compensation Legislative Steering and Development committees.

Christina Mach practices administrative law and deals with the Department of Labor and Industries on a daily basis.  Christina uses her experience as a judicial clerk and as an Assistant Attorney General to help her clients navigate the complex workers’ compensation system and get the benefits they’ve earned.

Courtnei Milonas concentrates her practice on motions and appeals. She spends most of her time at Harpold Thomas, PC researching case law and writing legal briefs.

Based in Kent, Washington, we represent injured clients throughout Seattle, South King County and North Pierce County.
