We know Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Law.

For more than 40 years, Washington people have come to Harpold Thomas, PC, for trusted workers' compensation and personal injury representation. We are a law firm working for injured people, not insurance companies or corporations.

We provide the knowledge and experience of big firm lawyers, without having to go downtown. Easily located in Kent, we have a wide reach, serving clients throughout Seattle, South King County and North Pierce County. Our lawyers focus on providing exceptional legal services with personal attention devoted to every client.

About Us

In 1972 our firm was founded by Seattle workers' compensation and personal injury lawyer David Harpold. When David retired after 46 years in practice he left his firm in the capable hands of his associate Lee Thomas. Lee expanded the firm, bringing on two more attorneys and more support staff. Together the attorneys and staff at Harpold Thomas, PC continue the firm's 40-year tradition of dedication to helping injured people.
We are:

  • Aggressive: We vigorously protect our clients' rights and pursue their interests. We keep the pressure on, but are professional and ethical in how we practice law.
  • Experienced: We have vast experience serving the unique needs of our workers' compensation and personal injury clients.
  • Approachable: At our law firm, clients will find a place where their concerns and needs are important. We are friendly and down-to-earth, yet highly skilled and effective legal advocates.
  • Involved: We limit the number and types of cases we take so that we can maintain a high level of service to our clients. We are hands-on and personally involved with every aspect of every client's case.
